The Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Business Intelligencecertification shows that you have the skills and ability to design, build, and deploy solutions that deliver more data to more people across your organization. In the MCSE: Business Intelligence course you will Build, Manage, Maintain and troubleshoot a SQL Server Analysis Services database, Plan and design business intelligence infrastructure, Design and build reports and data models, Design an extract, transform and load (ETL) solution. Earning an MCSE: Business Intelligence certification will qualify for a position as a BI and reporting engineer.
To get a MCSE: Business Intelligence certification you need to complete these five exams:
Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012
Exam 462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases
Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012
After finishing Exam 461, 462 and 463 you'll earn a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): SQL Server 2012 certification. Once you have your MCSA: SQL Server 2012 the next two exams will upgrade that to a MCSE: Business Intelligence.
Exam 464: Developing Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases
Exam 465: Designing Database Solutions for SQL Server 2012
After finishing all five of these exams you will be awarded a MCSE: Business Intelligence qualification. See below for more information on the exams.
